Choose How You Move, WeGo Public Transit, and the Office of Homeless Services (OHS) are teaming up to make getting around Nashville a little easier for our unhoused neighbors.
Through the Journey Pass program, you can ride WeGo for free—no fares, no hassle—for up to three years. Whether you're getting to a job, a meal, an appointment, or a place to stay, your Journey Pass will keep you connected and moving forward.
OHS will only distribute Journey Passes to individuals who meet one of the following criteria:
Note: Connector Cards that were distributed in September and October of 2025, automatically converted to Journey Passes. No additional steps are necessary. Anyone who received Connector Cards prior to September 2025, will need to register for a Journey Pass. Please see the Journey Pass Distribution schedule.
Each Journey Pass is loaded on a qualifying individual's existing QuickTicket card or a newly issued QuickTicket card.
